All Systems Go!

Carmela and I were ready today by 3pm as planned! We did a last minute cat hair check — George jumped off the book case and a flutter of cat hair floated down to the floor. Really, must I clean EVERYTHING??
Cat hair aside, Gallery Tour was a huge success on Oakwood Avenue! We had a wonderful group of visitors who were very patient with the rising temperature in my studio. I demonstrated encaustic painting on and off through the evening and enjoyed talking with as many of you as I could. So many of you had to move on before I could do much more than say hello — I’m so sorry! The hardest thing about this kind of event is the trying to spend time with so many nice people in such a short time.
So this is our SECOND Gallery Tour invitation! If you had questions we didn’t get to - or want to talk more calmly about my work or YOUR work….come back tomorrow or next week. I’ll be in the studio tomorrow from 9am - 5pm and again next week on Monday through Thursday. I have left over food and waters. Let’s finish off the calories and continue the Gallery Tour for a few more days.
